EXCHANGE / REFUND

HOW DO I RETURN MY FULL-PRICE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

You can return a Full-price item for a full refund or size exchange. There are no refunds on sale items.

Your item should arrive back to us within 14 days (Australian orders) or 28 days (International orders) from delivery date.

DAKSHA covers return postage fees for Full-price clothing items for Australian orders only.

It is customer’s responsibility to return Shoes & Accessories.

All items must be returned in the new and unused condition, with all tags attached.

If you wish to use our Free Return service for a Full-price clothing item (Australian orders only) you must contact us within 7 days from delivery date by visiting the Contact page and enter your order details (your name, order number and details of the items you wish to return) into the Customer Support form. We will send you a pre-addressed Express Post satchel to return your item back to us. All you have to do is to place the item you wish to return inside and drop it into any Gold Express Post posting box or lodge it at any Australia Post shop.

Please note: posting your item at regular red Australia Post posting box may substantially delay a delivery of your return item.

All exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 business days.

We will not accept any items for a Refund or Exchange which were received past 14 days (Australian orders) or 28 days (International orders) from Delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags. All such items will be returned back to the sender.

 

CAN I RETURN MY SALE ITEM FOR REFUND?

Yes, you can return your Sale Item for a refund as a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 DAYS from delivery date.

All items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.

Please note, our Free Returns Policy does not apply to sale items. You will have to post it back to us yourself.

Please include with your return item a note with your Order Number and clear instructions if you wish to exchange your item for any other available size.
Store Credit refunds are processed within 2 business day.

We will not accept any sale items for a Refund which were received past 14 days from Delivery date or returned in worn condition and/or with missing tags. All such items will be returned back to the sender. You will have to cover Express Post fees for return of your item.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

You can exchange your item for any other size available in the same style only.

Alternatively, you can return your item for a refund and use refund funds to purchase any other item you like from DAKSHA.

 

PAYMENTS

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE WITH CREDIT CARD?

Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Card payments over the phone.

To pay for your order with your credit card over the phone please call us on 0417 704 939 from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday Australia EST (+10GMT). (International: +61 4 1770 4939)

Please have the following details ready when you call us: your name, postal address, credit card number and expiry date along with 3 digit security number, style number and a size you wish to order.

 

I DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARD. CAN I PAY BY BANK DEPOSIT FOR MY ORDER?

Yes, we accept payments directly deposited into our bank account for Australian orders only. Please select this payment option at Checkout for detailed instructions.

 

DELIVERY

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER IN AUSTRALIA?

Your order will typically arrive overnight if it is placed and paid (instant for credit card payments) by 3:00pm (Australia EST) Monday to Thursday.

Delivery times are typically 3-5 business days from the time of order.

International shipping can up take 3-4 weeks depending on your location.

Orders of $200 or more will receive FREE DELIVERY Australia-wide. For all orders under $200, a flat rate of $10 delivery fee will be charged for orders from Australia. You can learn more about our international delivery by emailing us at: connect@daksha.com.au.

SIZING

Please use view the Size Guide found on each of the Product Pages.

Bust – measure the fullest part of your bust (keep measuring tape horizontal)
Waist – measure around your waistline (above navel) keeping the measuring tape comfortably loose
Hips – measure around the widest part of your hips approximately 22 cm below waist.

 

HOW TALL ARE THE MODELS ON YOUR PHOTOS AND WHAT SIZE ARE THEY WEARING?

All our models are approximately 170-175cm tall. They all photographed wearing size 8.
